Course contents

Un corso executive pensato e progettato per chi lavora nel mondo del vino o vorrebbe lavorarci, sente il bisogno di una preparazione specifica o di un aggiornamento delle sue competenze, ma si chiede come fare se manca il tempo per iscriversi a un corso tradizionale.

L’executive Master in Cultura e Management del vino italiano nasce per rispondere a questo bisogno di formazione, offrendo un mix efficace di lezioni in presenza, a Pollenzo; un intenso programma di learning by doing, fatto di incontri e degustazioni; un pacchetto di lezioni registrate da seguire a casa, quando se ne ha la possibilità, su ogni tipo di device.

Il corso si articola su una parte di attività a Pollenzo, presso UNISG, e una parte di attività individuale.
Le attività a Pollenzo avranno luogo con cadenza mensile durante un weekend al mese (venerdì e sabato) a partire dal 20 ottobre 2023: durante le attività a Pollenzo ci saranno lezioni frontali, incontri, degustazioni e cene didattiche.

Le attività al proprio domicilio saranno organizzate dallo studente, individualmente, utilizzando le lezioni registrate.

Ecco un riassunto delle attività didattiche offerte:

Lezioni frontali tradizionali, in aule UNISG, con professori dell’università e docenti di lunga esperienza.
Incontri con i produttori e i campioni della sostenibilità vitivinicola presso UNISG e presso la Banca del Vino
Lezioni registrate distribuite agli studenti che potranno seguirle organizzando liberamente il proprio tempo, secondo le proprie disponibilità e i propri impegni.
Ogni venerdì durante i dieci weekend di attività a Pollenzo, dopo le lezioni, avrà luogo un incontro presso la Banca del Vino con un/una protagonista del vino e/o della sostenibilità agricola.
L’incontro avrà la forma di una relazione seguita da domande e risposte, per concludersi con una degustazione guidata, anche coinvolgendo esperti di Slow Wine di vini prodotti dall’ospite dell’incontro.

Dopo l’incontro la cena, inclusa nella retta, offrirà l’occasione di approfondire la conoscenza e lo scambio culturale.

20 crediti da conseguire seguendo le lezioni registrate + 20 crediti in presenza, i.e. 150 ore di attività didattica a Pollenzo, ovvero 10 week end (15 ore di attività, che includono lezioni incontri e degustazione, ogni week end) in Pollenzo: dal venerdì pomeriggio al sabato sera
