Course contents

This doctoral course aims at the acquisition of a very high level of professionalism and a proper methodology for advanced scientific research in areas of computer science and automation. The research activity is focused on deepening under the guidance of a faculty supervisor, a specific research theme within the areas of interest of the doctorate of Informatics and automation of the Department, which include databases, computer networks, computer aided design, artificial intelligence, robotics and industrial automation and industrial organization, modeling and simulation of interdependent systems, display information, bioinformatics, Diagnostics and energy smart cities, etc.

Some modern doctors ' locations are as follows: National Institute of Infectious Diseases Spallanzani (Italy), IBM Ireland, Google (USA), Google (UK), Google (Ireland), Microsoft Copenhagen (Denmark), Data Management (Italy) S.p.A., in addition to several universities such as the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (Spain), the University of Sydney (Australia), University of California at Santa Cruz (USA), the University of L'Aquila, the University of Perugia and Roma Tre University. Two of the doctors have become permanent researchers just at the Department of engineering.
