Course contents

Doctoral program aims to offer a higher training to prepare specialized researchers (with a view to a possible future career in research and teaching) without neglecting a common base of knowledge, with an emphasis on research methodologies, processes of multidisciplinary and interference of comparative crossing. Given the breadth of sectors and macro sectors involved, the doctoral program offers three basic training courses: languages, translation-translation studies and General Linguistics and applied; literary hermeneutics and textual Philology; cultural studies.

In addition to research and teaching (including University) in the macro reference, professional scopes in which the research will be doctors are teaching upper-level language (s) of specialization, languages and their literatures; works of lexicographical research; accountability works in study and research centres, specialised international bodies, ministries, publishers, broadcasters, in structures and Italian institutions abroad, the promotion and dissemination of culture and events, as well as in free-lancing in literary criticism and qualified translation (literary and scientific).
