Course contents

La gestione degli acquisti e delle catene di approvvigionamento richiede lo sviluppo di competenze trasversali rispetto a una classica divisione per discipline. Da sempre i professionisti in quest’ambito devono saper integrare aspetti economici, gestionali, finanziari e giuridici. Capacità di innovazione e pensiero sistemico sono inoltre necessari di fronte alla rapida evoluzione del contesto di riferimento attorno ai temi della digitalizzazione e della sostenibilità, nonché rispetto a fattori di rischio esterni di difficile previsione.
A partire da queste premesse, il Master in Gestione degli Acquisti e della Supply Chain presenta il punto di partenza per un percorso di carriera nella funzione fornendo sia le competenze fondamentali – quali la pianificazione, la gestione dei fornitori, gli aspetti legali, la gestione di magazzino e il lean management, la negoziazione – sia nozioni su temi emergenti in ambito sustainable procurement, automazione e intelligenza artificiale.
Il Master è stato studiato con la collaborazione dell’Associazione Italiana Acquisti e Supply Management (ADACI), che – a fronte di un’offerta formativa in ambito Acquisti prevalentemente orientata a un target middle management – ha espresso l’esigenza di offrire un percorso formativo strutturato e coerente per chi si trova a cominciare la propria carriera nella funzione.

Le lezioni previste si terranno di norma con frequenza di due settimane al mese nelle giornate di mercoledì sera (dalle 17.00 alle 21.00, in modalità online), venerdì sera (dalle 17.00 alle 21.00 in modalità blended) e sabato (dalle 9.00 alle 13.00 e dalle 14.00 alle 18.00 in modalità blended).

Il master mira a formare una figura professionale completa in grado di gestire in autonomia i processi core in area Acquisti e Supply Chain management, sapendosi interfacciare con cognizione di causa con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte in tali processi, come gli uffici legali, la produzione, l’area finanza e controllo.
I destinatari del corso sono neolaureati e professionisti all’inizio del loro percorso di carriera nella funzione. Grazie alla formula “blended” e alla collaborazione con ADACI a livello nazionale, il potenziale bacino di utenza non è limitato da vincoli geografici.
