Il Master in Management e digitalizzazione della logistica sostenibile è un master on demand per medio-grandi aziende che si occupano di produzione industriale. Il Master è infatti progettato con l’obiettivo di fornire ai partecipanti competenze qualificanti sulla Logistica e sulla Logistica integrata con particolare attenzione agli aspetti innovativi, alle nuove esigenze, agli sviluppi e alle opportunità derivanti dai recenti e rivoluzionari cambiamenti in tema di trasformazione digitale nonché alle attenzioni specifiche in tema di ecologia, ambiente e sostenibilità ambientale. IN particolare si svilupperanno i seguenti argomenti:
-Logistica nel business industriale e nel sistema distributivo
-Trasformazione digitale e settore logistico
-Uso delle tecnologie innovative
-Strategie, organizzazione e innovazione nella logistica
-Logistica sostenibile, progetti e persone

Il master offre un percorso di apprendimento dove, oltre alle conoscenze più funzionali e agli aspetti più tecnico-settoriali, vengono forniti strumenti e metodi per sviluppare capacità trasversali di problem solving, proposizione dell'innovazione, sviluppo di soft skills e conoscenze utili a migliorare la capacità di analisi relative alla ottimizzazione dei flussi logistici, alla loro gestione ed alle scelte più opportune e migliorative in ottica di interventi di digitalizzazione e sostenibilità ambientale.

Il master intende specializzare la preparazione di neolaureati, fornendo loro strumenti teorici e pratici per la gestione dei processi del management della logistica sostenibile e della relativa trasformazione digitale, per poter analizzare, suggerire o cogliere le possibili innovazioni e renderle operative nell'azienda.
I settori occupazionali nei quali le aziende potranno inserire i partecipanti sono tutti i settori industriali e di servizio ove se pur con diverso peso la logistica costituisce una voce spesso critica anche dal punto di vista economico per la garanzia dei flussi di materiali , prodotti e servizi e dove in molti casi si rivela come elemento particolarmente critico per la competitività delle aziende specie considerando le recenti vicende di pandemie e disagi operativi nei flussi logistici a livello mondiale.

Il Master è istituito dal Dipartimento di Management dell’Università di Torino, ed è gestito dal COREP.

Per esigenze organizzative (frequenza di persone occupate) il Master avrà una durata massima di 24 mesi, ma corrisponde a 63 crediti formativi universitari (CFU) ed è organizzato in:
400 ore di lezione frontale, 600 ore di studio individuale, corrispondenti a 40 CFU
500 ore di tirocinio, pari a 20 CFU
Prova finale n. 75 ore, pari a 3 CFU

Il Master sarà proposto in modalità alto apprendistato.

I candidati selezionati saranno assunti dalle aziende prima dell’inizio del Master con contratto di apprendistato, ai sensi del Decreto legislativo 167/2011 (Testo Unico per l’apprendistato) e dovranno pertanto avere un’età inferiore ai 30 anni al momento dell’assunzione.

Il Master è istituito dal Dipartimento di Management dell’Università di Torino, ed è gestito dal COREP.
