Course contents

Il Master intende fornire al discente una profonda preparazione nel campo del controllo ufficiale degli alimenti di origine animale e vegetale, delle acque destinate al consumo umano ealtre bevande, degli additivi impiegati nella formulazione e fabbricazione degli alimenti e nel campo della sicurezza alimentare.
In particolare, gli obiettivi formativi sono tesi alla realizzazione di una figura professionale qualificata in grado di svolgere la funzione di controllore ufficiale degli alimenti nell’ambito del
Servizio Sanitario Nazionale, previo superamento di specifico concorso o di consulente/responsabile di qualità all’interno di organizzazioni che operano nel comparto agroalimentare.
