Course contents

Il principale obiettivo formativo del Master è formare figure professionali competenti nel campo del diversity management, dell’equità e dell’inclusione, che potranno operare in differenti contesti di lavoro (pubblici e privati), in enti, organizzazioni sindacali, associazioni di categoria, centri di formazione e orientamento professionale.

I risultati dell’apprendimento attesi consistono nell’acquisizione delle seguenti conoscenze e competenze:

-capacità di progettazione e attuazione di azioni volte a promuovere il rispetto delle differenze, l’inclusione e l’equità all’interno di contesti professionali, nella società e nelle relazioni fra individui;
-capacità di gestire progetti di innovazione e cambiamento in un’ottica di diversity management;
-capacità di valutazione e di intervento in contesti di discriminazione da una prospettiva multidisciplinare (socio-psicologica, economico-organizzativa, politico-legislativa e storico-culturale);
-conoscenze e capacità di analisi critica dei concetti di diversità, inclusione ed equità, nella loro complessità e nelle loro interrelazioni;
-competenze di project management, di progettazione in rete e di progettare azioni efficaci a lungo termine.

Il calendario delle attività didattiche si articola indicativamente il venerdì pomeriggio (fascia oraria 17-20) ed il sabato (fasce orarie 9-12 e 14-18) per un totale di 10 ore accademiche alla settimana.

In Italy: Lo stage obbligatorio potrà essere svolto presso l’Università degli Studi di Trento, sedi di sindacati, realtà presenti sul territorio trentino o soggetti del terzo settore. Per chi ha un’occupazione, lo stage potrà essere svolto presso la sede di lavoro qualora fosse coerente con le finalità del Master.

  • The provision of data marked with * is required for the assistance service requested by the user, which is why the failure to provide such data prevents the provision of the above service offered by the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium;
  • The data provided, pursuant to art. 6, 1st paragraph, lett. b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, are processed only as strictly necessary for the fulfilment of this service and are stored for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the assistance, in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months after the fulfilment of the request.

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. The list of data processors of the data for which the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium is data controller is published at www.almalaurea.it/info/condizioni/privacy.

Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
