Course contents

Il corso di laurea magistrale in Scienze dello sport e della prestazione fisica ha lo scopo di preparare esperti con avanzate competenze scientifiche e professionali nell’ambito delle attività sportive a diversi livelli, sia agonistici che ricreativi. Le principali caratteristiche di questo percorso di studi sono il focus sugli sport outdoor e della montagna, l’attenzione all’organizzazione di eventi sportivi e alla loro rilevanza economica per il territorio, e il collegamento con gli sviluppi scientifici e tecnologici innovativi legati al mondo della pratica e degli eventi sportivi.
Il corso pone l’attenzione anche sulle attività sportive specifiche per persone affette da disabilità, e sulla dimensione di promozione della salute e del benessere individuale.
Laureati e laureate saranno in grado di progettare, coordinare e condurre l’attività di preparazione fisica e atletica in vari sport di squadra e individuali, con specifico - ma non esclusivo - riferimento a sport di montagna e outdoor. Avranno inoltre competenze specifiche nell’organizzazione di eventi sportivi e una preparazione di base per comprendere e adottare soluzioni innovative nello svolgimento dei propri compiti di tecnico sportivo / organizzatore. Tali competenze saranno raggiunte attraverso lo studio di discipline motorie e sportive, biomediche, psicopedagogiche e sociologiche.
Sono previste ampie e specifiche esperienze pratiche svolte sia nel contesto di laboratori di fisiologia, biomeccanica e valutazione funzionale sia nel contesto proprio dei vari sport. Sono inoltre previste 500 ore di tirocinio formativo presso enti esterni qualificati e di alto livello nonché in strutture e laboratori collegati all’Università dove consolidare le competenze con esperienza diretta nell’ambito professionale.
Le attività didattiche del percorso dell’Università di Trento saranno erogate nel contesto estremamente stimolante del nascituro distretto dello sport-tech trentino, all’interno del Polo Manifattura di Rovereto, all’interno del quale trovano posto laboratori scientifici di altissimo livello, un acceleratore internazionale di startup sportive e varie aziende innovative del settore sportivo.
