Course contents

Formare figure professionali con competenze specialistiche nei ruoli di: Chief Financial Officer, Direttore amministrativo e finanziario, Controller, Treasurer, Value manager. Formare figure professionali con competenze avanzate nelle aree dell’amministrazione, del controllo e della finanza d'impresa [ACF].
Il progetto vuole essere un'arena stimolante per la creazione, lo sviluppo e il consolidamento di competenze specialistiche avanzate, ma al tempo stesso un momento importante di dialogo e di scambio di idee per soggetti con esperienze differenziate sui temi propri dell’amministrazione, del controllo e della finanza [ACF].
Il progetto si propone sia di favorire in maniera sufficientemente strutturata l'acquisizione delle conoscenze cruciali sugli strumenti, sulle logiche e sulle metodologie riguardanti il governo delle aziende e la misurazione che ne è di supporto, sia di stimolare l'analisi critica e il superamento di problematiche che il contesto normativo e ambientale di volta in volta propongono relativamente all’impresa e alle sue principali figure di governo.
Il progetto vuole essere ancora un momento di riferimento "permanente", "agile ma solido scientificamente", "realmente efficace" per il CFO nell'ambito della sua crescita.
Il percorso è impostato con la prospettiva di favorire lo sviluppo e il consolidamento di ruoli manageriali in linea con la richiesta di azioni strategiche e processi gestionali eccellenti.

• con una solida conoscenza sui temi dell’amministrazione, del controllo e della finanza [ACF][Bilancio CC-OIC e bilancio IAS-IFRS imprese e gruppi aziendali, bilancio principi locali di altri paesi. Valutazione delle imprese, dei gruppi e degli asset aziendali. Controllo strategico e operativo. Finanza dell’impresa, investimenti, finanziamenti, rapporto impresa-banca, risk management. Operazioni complesse, processi e decisioni di M&A, razionalizzazione, ristrutturazione e riorganizzazione, ridimensionamento, crescita];
• capace di affrontare in modo proattivo le complessità aziendali e ambientali e il cambiamento continuo e radicale;
