Il Master in "People management, diritto del lavoro, HR analytics" attraverso una preparazione multidisciplinare intende fornire ai partecipanti le conoscenze necessarie per operare nell'Area Risorse Umane, con particolare riferimento alla ricerca e selezione del personale; all'analisi e valutazione delle prestazioni e del potenziale; alla formazione; alla gestione delle relazioni sindacali e l'amministrazione del personale; al cantiere delle modifiche normative e i più recenti orientamenti giurisprudenziali e delle prassi amministrative; all'impiego delle tecnologie dell'informazione e dei social media per una più accurata gestione della funzione.

Le lezioni si terranno da ottobre 2023 a maggio 2024 per 3 settimane al mese di norma nelle giornate di martedì sera (on-line) e giovedì sera (online), il sabato tutto il giorno in presenza.
Le lezioni si svolgeranno in presenza (55%) e on-line (45%).

L'ammissione al Corso avverrà sulla base di una graduatoria predisposta da una Commissione nominata dal Consiglio di Master. La Commissione valuterà i candidati in base al curriculum, al voto di laurea, a eventuali precedenti esperienze lavorative nel settore, al livello, autocertificato, della lingua inglese e ad un colloquio volto ad accertare l'idoneità del candidato rispetto al profilo professionale e agli obiettivi del Master. Un criterio preferenziale nella valutazione del curriculum sarà inoltre l'aver conseguito la laurea triennale nell'area economica, giuridica o dell'ingegneria gestionale. A parità di punteggio verrà selezionato il candidato più giovane in termini anagrafici.

Il master mira a formare specialisti nella gestione delle risorse umane, figura che ha le competenze per gestire tutti i processi relativi al personale anche attraverso le più usate piattaforme di digital HR: pianificazione e acquisizione del personale (ricerca, selezione e inserimento), gestione e sviluppo del personale (formazione, valutazione, percorsi di carriera, politiche retributive, aspetti amministrativi e relazioni sindacali) operando coerentemente con gli obiettivi strategici dell’azienda privata e pubblica.
