Course contents

Il Master in Risk Management, Internal Audit & Cybersecurity– RIAC mira a formare figure professionali che siano in grado di interpretare e gestire le più recenti dinamiche normative e di mercato attinenti alla corporate governance.

I rischi che le aziende devono gestire sono significativamente aumentati in numerosità e complessità nel corso degli anni, in conseguenza di innovazioni tecnologiche, evoluzioni normative ed eventi estremi, come ad esempio pandemie. In questo contesto, l’analisi dei rischi e la predisposizione di un efficace sistema di controllo interno sono fondamentali per la creazione di valore nel lungo termine. Fra gli altri, il rischio di frode è uno dei più insidiosi e, allo stesso tempo, sottovalutati: secondo autorevoli fonti, le aziende subiscono danni per frodi quantificabili in circa il 5% del fatturato. Solitamente, il livello di attenzione al risk management e all’internal auditing diminuisce con la dimensione aziendale. Il recente Codice della Crisi d’Impresa e dell’Insolvenza implica invece un cambiamento culturale soprattutto nelle aziende di minori dimensioni, richiedendo loro una maggiore attenzione all’analisi dei rischi e all’implementazione del sistema di controllo interno.

Il Master RIAC, anche grazie all’utilizzo di casi aziendali, contestualizza i temi oggetto del corso in diverse realtà: dalle quotate alle banche, dalle grandi alle medie/piccole imprese.

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
