Course contents

Il CdDR è stato progettato con l'intento di rispondere alle molteplici transizioni che si stanno realizzando a livello locale e globale. Ad esso sottendono obiettivi di carattere generale e specifico. Gli obiettivi generali derivano dall'esigenza di offrire delle risposte ai sistemi territoriali nel loro insieme, cercando di perseguire delle ricadute di ampio respiro sui territori così come configurato dalle politiche europee e dall'Agenda 2030 delle Nazioni Unite. Essi possono essere sintetizzati come segue:
° Contribuire al pieno compimento delle transizioni ambientali e digitali entro i termini e le traiettorie definiti dall'European Green Deal, dall'EU's digital strategy e dall'Agenda 2030 delle Nazioni Unite;
° Contribuire alla creazione di reti territoriali al fine attivare effetti reciproche contaminazioni (spillover) tra gli attori territoriali e ridurre i divari territoriali;
° Instaurare un canale diretto di interlocuzione e scambio con le realtà produttive (pubbliche e private), data la caratterizzazione industriale della proposta, per attivare processi di innovazione volti al compimento delle transizioni.
Gli obiettivi specifici, invece, attengono alle specifiche misure e declinazioni della proposta di CdDR nel quadro degli obiettivi generali. Nel caso di questa proposta si fa riferimento ai seguenti obiettivi specifici:
° Creazione di una figura professionale che possegga competenze avanzate e complesse, in linea con le nuove professionalità aderenti alle esigenze della nuova geografia del lavoro (territorio, settore, professione) volta al compimento delle transizioni;
° Creare delle professionalità poliedriche capaci di guidare le organizzazioni pubbliche e private a cogliere le molteplici opportunità derivanti da un contesto dinamico in continua evoluzione, così da realizzare la loro resilienza e, in conseguenza, quella dei sistemi territoriali;
° Creare delle figure professionali che siano in grado di capitalizzare i risultati delle ricerche finanziate dal PNRR (Partenariati Estesi, Ecosistemi Territoriali, Campioni Nazionali ecc.) attraverso la loro azione nelle università, spinoff, imprese, pubbliche amministrazioni;
° Ridurre il divario tra le competenze di formazione di terzo livello offerta dalle università con quanto richiesto dal mondo delle imprese e delle pubbliche amministrazioni;
° Aumentare la permanenza delle professionalità altamente qualificate sul territorio meridionale al fine di contribuire alla riduzione dei divari territoriali, nonché attivare delle ricadute territoriali a beneficio dell'inclusione sociale.

Employment opportunities

Il percorso didattico seguito dai dottorandi conferirà loro le competenze interdisciplinari al servizio delle transizioni attuali e future. Applicheranno le conoscenze acquisite incarnando lo spirito del PNR 2021-2027 che pone le persone al centro dei processi di innovazione veicolati dai risultati della ricerca (“human-centric innovation”). I dottori di ricerca saranno in grado di interpretare i diversi livelli dell'indice Social Readiness Level (SRL) che associa ai diversi gradi di Technology Readiness Level (TRL) le risorse umane adeguate a poterli implementare, capitalizzando la capacità di esprimere, in sinergia, competenze orizzontali e verticali.
I dottori di ricerca coglieranno le opportunità lavorative derivanti dai grandi cambiamenti portati dagli investimenti del PNRR: saranno i cosiddetti Research facilitator for innovation che avranno il compito di trasferire i risultati della ricerca dagli organismi in cui essa viene sviluppata ai sistemi produttivi territoriali. Troveranno opportunità lavorative come economisti, esperti di transizioni in senso lato, risk manager, consulenti giuridici nella fase attuativa della transizione e nella predisposizione dei necessari strumenti negoziali, analisti finanziari di dati e sviluppatori di metodologie di analisi, nonché di politiche all'interno di organizzazioni pubbliche e private di varia natura: università; centri di ricerca pubblici/privati, pubbliche amministrazioni, grandi imprese, spinoff, start-up e altre piccole medie imprese dinamiche e ad alto potenziale di innovazione.
La versatilità dei loro profili non restringe le opportunità ad uno o un insieme ristretto di risvolti lavorativi, bensì li rende adatti alla dinamicità e imprevedibilità dei cambiamenti nel mercato del lavoro. Infatti, saranno essi stessi fautori principali dei dinamismi di contesto, proponendo traiettorie di sviluppo e divenendo attori principali dei conseguenti cambiamenti. Potranno infatti contribuire a ridurre il corrente gap tecnologico tra offerta e domanda di lavoro, agevolando a sua volta l'assunzione delle figure professionali più innovative che il mercato di lavoro oggi offre.
