Course contents

This MA course offers three curricula (standard/binational/Italian L2 teaching).
This degree prepares applicants to operate internationally and interculturally in private and public enterprises. It aims to provide students with adequate training to become professionals operating in companies and international organizations, in intercultural situations. In particular, graduates will be able to enter the job market as professionals in positions of responsibility in the fields of international relations, companies, public administration, charities, local authorities, in the direction of international organizations for cooperation and development. Graduates may also work as experts in institutions in the field of economic, social and cultural integration, advisers for government agencies for the protection of immigrant languages and in relation to the language policy of the European Union. The curriculum in Linguistic-cultural communication in Italian L2 addresses the educational needs of students of modern languages to become teachers of Italian.

BA degree in Scienze della Mediazione Linguistica (classe L12) with complete recognition of credits
For students coming from other BA courses:
At least 18 credits in the two languages that will be studied in the MA course
At least 6 CFU in the area of Economics (SECS-P/01, SECS-P/02, SECS-P/03, SECS-P/04, SECSP/06, SECS-P/07, SECS-P/08)
For the BINATIONAL DEGREE (Turin-Lyon)
At least 18 credits respectively in English and in French
At least 6 CFU in the area of Economics (SECS-P/01, SECS-P/02, SECS-P/03, SECS-P/04, SECSP/06, SECS-P/07, SECS-P/08)
For the curriculum in LINGUISTIC-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN L2 ITALIAN
BA degree including the following:
At least 18 credits in the two languages that will be studied in the MA course
At least 6 CFU in glottology and linguistics (L-LIN/01), or modern language teaching (L-LIN/02) or Italian linguistics (L-FIL-LET/12)
