Course contents

Il Master si propone di formare figure professionali con elevate competenze giuridiche, economiche, scientifiche e tecniche per la gestione delle industrie agro-alimentari nonché per orientare le produzioni verso nuove “filiere” di commercializzazione e di propensione al consumo, che riflettano i cambiamenti culturali, demografici, socio-economici, e ambientali, incluse le politiche di sostenibilità.
Per la produzione, trasformazione e conservazione degli alimenti si ricorre a tecnologie innovative, complesse e sofisticate, in relazione alle quali sono in costante evoluzione e aggiornamento specifiche normative destinate a implementarsi ulteriormente nel prossimo futuro, in funzione della crescita tecnologica e delle rinnovate esigenze della società, oltre che dell’esigenza di scongiurare qualsiasi forma di responsabilità, sia essa civile, penale o amministrativa dipendente da reato, in capo alle aziende operanti nella filiera. Il percorso formativo si focalizza allora sulla ‘Cultura della Salute’, fortemente invocata anche dalle Istituzioni, che si fonda su una sana e adeguata nutrizione e una coerente e chiara applicazione delle normative vigenti, orientate verso il crescente bisogno di contrastare le patologie metaboliche e cronico/degenerative, in forte aumento nei Paesi più industrializzati.

Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
