Course contents

Il Master formerà dipendenti pubblici e privati, imprenditori e liberi professionisti nel settore dei contratti pubblici, il cui mercato, negli ultimi anni, in Italia ha raggiunto il valore di circa 105 miliardi di Euro, sì da divenire appetibile per gli operatori economici dei settori dei lavori, servizi e forniture. Lo strumento del contratto pubblico è poi ineludibile per le pubbliche amministrazioni, per far fronte alle esigenze connesse al suo funzionamento e per soddisfare gli interessi pubblici che è chiamata a curare. L’esigenza di specializzazione imposta ad operatori della P.A., imprese ed avvocati deriva, oltre che dalla rilevanza economica, sociale ed ordinamentale dei contratti pubblici, anche dalla complessità della normativa di settore, dalla disciplina di ispirazione europea per l’aggiudicazione, la conclusione e l’esecuzione di questi contratti, alla disciplina derogatoria in punto di contenzioso, sino all’intervento delle direttive del 2014 e del nuovo codice dei contratti pubblici (d.lgs. n. 50, 18/04/2016), già soggetto ad una “revisione formale” e ad una serie di modifiche e integrazioni, le ultime delle quali introdotte dal d.l. 18.4.2019 n. 32. Il MEPP si rivolge pertanto a dirigenti e funzionari delle pubbliche amministrazioni e di società partecipate, ad imprenditori e dipendenti di imprese che operano o aspirano ad operare nel settore delle commesse pubbliche (come enti aggiudicatori o come operatori economici), nonché a professionisti che intendano specializzarsi in questo settore.

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
