Course contents

Il Master intende formare/aggiornare tutte le figure professionali che si occupano di crisi d’impresa attraverso un’analisi approfondita del nuovo codice della crisi d’impresa emesso con il d. lgs. 14 del 12 gennaio 2019 che entrerà in vigore il prossimo 1 settembre 2021. Nell’ambito del Master verranno, quindi, analizzate ed approfondite, con inquadramento teorico-sistematico affiancato da un approccio operativo con esercitazioni e simulazioni, tutte gli istituti che gravitano attorno al nuovo codice della crisi d’impresa dal punto di vista sostanziale e processuale.

Obiettivi
Il Master si pone l’obiettivo di:
- trasferire conoscenze e competenze nell’ambito delle procedure concorsuali;
- comprendere ed interpretare tutte le modalità indispensabili per una concreta conoscenza degli istituti concorsuali;
- fornire gli strumenti per utilizzare correttamente gli istituti più idonei al raggiungimento del risanamento aziendale.

Destinatari
Il Master è rivolto a laureati in materie giuridiche ed economiche che vogliano formarsi come professionisti della crisi d’impresa (advisor legali e contabili, componenti dell’OCRI, Commissari giudiziali e liquidatori, Curatori, ecc.) oltreché ad Avvocati, Commercialisti, Consulenti del Lavoro e altri professionisti che vogliano implementare la loro formazione nell’ambito delle tematiche legate alle crisi d’impresa ed alle procedure concorsuali.

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
