Course contents

Il Master si propone di fornire conoscenze approfondite sui temi della gestione delle risorse umane, dalle politiche di reclutamento al loro inserimento in azienda, e dell’organizzazione del lavoro in reti di imprese ed in fabbriche integrate promuovendo l’acquisizione di conoscenze, soprattutto, in ambito giuridico-economico. Il master si prefigge di illustrare le nozioni fondamentali della disciplina del diritto del lavoro, sia ella dimensione individuale che collettiva, alla luce dei principi costituzionali vigenti, ponendo una particolare attenzione alla negoziazione sindacale. Fornirà anche elementi significativi del rapporto di lavoro nella Pubblica Amministrazione. Il complesso di conoscenze e competenze acquisite durante il percorso formativo, permetterà ai discenti di risolvere situazioni problematiche utilizzando gli strumenti forniti in itinere al fine di rendere il sistema “azienda” efficiente ed efficace. Il master ha come obiettivi quelli di guidare i momenti decisionali a livello manageriale, di analizzare e valutare le situazioni critiche, di snellire le procedure interne al sistema e di considerare la risorsa il vero valore aziendale.

Contenuti
Il Master intende illustrare il panorama dell’organizzazione e della gestione delle risorse umane, dei rapporti fra collaboratore e datore di lavoro supportato dalla normativa vigente in materia di diritto del lavoro. Nel complesso il percorso didattico cerca di fornire una visione d’insieme del mondo HR, degli strumenti applicativi che possono permettere una riduzione degli sprechi e un aumento della produttività attraverso una corretta gestione non solo dei processi ma soprattutto delle persone. Valorizzazione, coinvolgimento e motivazione risulteranno essere elementi vincenti di una efficace gestione delle risorse umane.
