Course contents

Il Master intende formare e aggiornare figure in grado di assistere e rappresentare i contribuenti di qualsiasi natura e profilo innanzi gli organi della Giustizia Tributaria, di legittimità e di merito, sia nazionali, Commissioni Tributarie e Suprema Corte di Cassazione, che sovranazionali, Corte di Giustizia dell’Unione Europea e Corte Europea dei Diritti dell’Uomo. Nell’ambito del Master verranno, quindi, analizzate ed approfondite, con inquadramento teorico-sistematico affiancato da approccio operativo con esercitazioni e simulazioni processuali, tutte le procedure e le tecnicalità che caratterizzano tutti i gradi di giudizio di un processo tributario.

Il percorso di studio verterà sulle seguenti tematiche:

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
