Il corso di perfezionamento offre un percorso che integra molteplici metodologie per la formazione di competenze trasversali in bambini/e, giovani e adulti/e, mettendole in gioco nella cornice coerente delle modalità formative, comunicative e relazionali proprie della filosofia.
Ci si propone di formare competenze di base - per formatori, educatori, insegnanti, operatori sociali, dirigenti aziendali, genitori - affinché possano costruire ambienti di relazione, di apprendimento, di lavoro improntati alla capacità di ascoltare differenti prospettive, di integrare le idee gli uni degli altri, di fornire ragioni a supporto delle opinioni espresse, di offrirsi aiuto reciproco a trarre conclusioni da quanto si dice, apprendendo in tal modo a dialogare in modo rispettoso dell’altro/a e dei contenuti che ciascuno/a
porta nella discussione.
Il corso intende implementare alcune capacità di sviluppare abilità logiche e metacognitive, relazionali, comunicative, del pensiero complesso, di attenersi ai fatti e alle conoscenze in proprio possesso, di evitare generalizzazioni infondate e pregiudizi impropri; promuove la capacità di favorire lo sviluppo logico, critico e creativo del pensiero; sostiene l’abilità di favorire percorsi di consapevolezza del valore dell’altro/a e di sé, sviluppando così processi di costruzione dell'autonomia personale che siano in armonia con la costitutiva relazionalità dell'esistenza.

La didattica è svolta attraverso lezioni fruibili a distanza con la piattaforma e-learning dell’Università di Macerata (in modalità webinar e videolezioni; n. 20 ore del Modulo 1 + 35 ore del Modulo 2) e lezioni e seminari in presenza nella sede dell’Università di Macerata (n. 5 ore del Modulo 1 + n. 15 ore del Modulo 2). L’attività didattica inizia nel mese di novembre 2023 e termina nel mese di giugno 2024. Il termine dell’attività didattica è indicativo e può essere posticipato qualora esigenze organizzative lo richiedano. La prova finale si terrà nel mese di luglio 2024.

L’elenco degli/delle ammessi/e, stilato dalla Commissione di cui sopra secondo i criteri anzidetti, viene pubblicato nel sito https://studiumanistici.unimc.it/it/didattica/post-lauream/corsi-diperfezionamento/FareFilosofia-a.a.2023-24 entro e non oltre il 10 novembre. La pubblicazione dell’elenco ha valore di comunicazione ufficiale agli/alle interessati/e che possono provvedere alla conferma dell’iscrizione secondo quanto previsto all’art. 13 senza ricevere ulteriori avvisi in merito. Qualora il numero dei candidati che possono essere accolti superi il numero massimo dei posti disponibili previsto, verrà data precedenza ai candidati più giovani.
