Course contents

Il percorso formativo intende assicurare una preparazione adeguata sia sul piano teorico che su quello pratico-applicativo, necessaria a ricoprire la figura professionale di esperto in data protection, nonché di altre figure professionali preposte all’attuazione della disciplina in materia di protezione dei dati personali.
Il Master si propone di fornire gli strumenti adeguati all’implementazione delle conoscenze in materia di data protection di professionisti che opereranno sia nel settore pubblico che in quello privato.

L’ammissione avviene attraverso la procedura di iscrizione in ordine di arrivo temporale fino ad esaurimento dei 50 posti. Nel caso in cui le domande siano più di 50 e qualora il Consiglio Scientifico del Master ritenga di voler ampliare il numero degli iscritti, l’ammissione sui posti aggiuntivi avverrà attraverso l’espletamento di una procedura di selezione sulla base dei titoli indicati nel curriculum vitae allegato alla domanda di iscrizione.

INFORMATIVE REPORT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium guarantees that the processing of personal data is done in compliance with current legislation and, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, informs you that:

Purposes, legal bases and storage of data provided:

  • The data provided are processed exclusively to supply the user with the assistance service requested;
  • The provision of data marked with * is required for the assistance service requested by the user, which is why the failure to provide such data prevents the provision of the above service offered by the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium;
  • The data provided, pursuant to art. 6, 1st paragraph, lett. b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, are processed only as strictly necessary for the fulfilment of this service and are stored for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the assistance, in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months after the fulfilment of the request.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data:

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. The list of data processors of the data for which the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium is data controller is published at www.almalaurea.it/info/condizioni/privacy.

Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
