Course contents

The International Master will permit to Italian and foreign candidates to deepen the main subjects concerning transnational organized financial criminality i.e.: trafficking in human beings, (women, children, migrants), alcohol and drugs, firearms, cultural patrimony; environmental crimes; corruption; money, brands pharmaceutical products counterfeiting; European budget fraud; money laundering; terrorism; cyber crimes. Additionally, considering that the Master aims to provide the students with a specific training on prevention and contrast (national and international level) of transnational criminality. The activities undertaken by the UN, Unesco, Interpol, Olaf, Gafi, Europol, Eurojust, Ocse, Seci, Procura Nazionale Antimafia will be fundamental also because our candidates will perform the internship at these organisms.

Possono presentare domanda di ammissione al Corso, senza limitazioni di età e cittadinanza, coloro che sono in possesso del titolo specificato nella scheda riepilogativa di cui all’art. 1 del
presente bando. I laureandi che conseguiranno il diploma di laurea entro la sessione straordinaria dell’anno accademico di riferimento potranno essere ammessi al Master ed iscritti con riserva.
I Master di primo livello sono riservati ai possessori di:
- Laurea triennale conseguita ai sensi del D. M. 509/1999 e del D.M. 270/2004;
- Titolo di studio universitario di durata almeno triennale (secondo gli ordinamenti precedenti il D.M. 509/1999;
- titoli, anche conseguiti all’estero, equipollenti ai sensi della normativa vigente.
I Master di secondo livello sono riservati ai possessori di:
- Laurea specialistica/magistrale conseguita ai sensi del D. M. 509/1999 e del D.M. 270/2004;
- Laurea conseguita secondo gli ordinamenti precedenti il D.M. 509/1999;
- titoli, anche conseguiti all’estero, equipollenti ai sensi della normativa vigente.

Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
