Course contents

Il Master di secondo livello in “Medicina forense” intende formare figure professionali provenienti dagli ambiti sanitari e giuridici per acquisire le competenze altamente qualificate tali da permettere loro l’adeguata partecipazione alle attività di gestione delle controversie relative alle ipotesi di responsabilità professionali in ambito sanitario.

Gli iscritti acquisiranno conoscenze integrate derivanti dalle discipline giuridiche e medico-legali pervenendo ad una formazione adeguata teorica e pratica rafforzata dallo studio dei casi concreti.

Possono presentare domanda di ammissione al master, senza limitazioni di età e cittadinanza, coloro che sono in possesso del titolo specificato nella scheda riepilogativa di cui all’art. 1 del
presente bando. I laureandi che conseguiranno il diploma di laurea entro la sessione straordinaria dell’anno accademico di riferimento potranno essere ammessi ed iscritti con riserva.
I Master di primo livello sono riservati ai possessori di:
- Laurea triennale conseguita ai sensi del D. M. 509/1999 e del D.M. 270/2004;
- Titolo di studio universitario di durata almeno triennale (secondo gli ordinamenti precedenti il D.M. 509/1999;
- titoli, anche conseguiti all’estero, equipollenti ai sensi della normativa vigente.
I Master di secondo livello sono riservati ai possessori di:
- Laurea specialistica/magistrale conseguita ai sensi del D. M. 509/1999 e del D.M. 270/2004;
- Laurea conseguita secondo gli ordinamenti precedenti il D.M. 509/1999;
- titoli, anche conseguiti all’estero, equipollenti ai sensi della normativa vigente.

Il master propone un percorso di studio il cui obiettivo è la formazione di operatori, provenienti da tutte le professioni sanitarie. La finalità del master è quella di far acquisire a questi ultimi
competenze giuridiche e medico-legali altamente qualificate e tali da permettere loro un’adeguata partecipazione alle attività di gestione delle controversie relative a ipotesi di responsabilità
professionali in campo sanitario.
In questa prospettiva, le varie proposte di studio offerte agli iscritti forniranno loro conoscenze integrate derivanti sia da un approccio di tipo teorico alle principali questioni giuridiche e
medico-legali caratterizzanti le professioni sanitarie, sia dallo studio di casi pratici, in modo da renderli più consapevoli e preparati nell’espletamento delle funzioni che saranno chiamati a
svolgere nell’ambito della loro attività professionale.
Il Master è individuato e focalizzato a formare professionisti provenienti dalle diverse professioni sanitarie e diverse discipline mediche specialistiche al fine di acquisire il bagaglio di cognizioni
giuridiche volte a permettere adeguata partecipazione ai collegi medico-legali previsti dall'art. 15 della Legge Gelli – Bianco, nel ruolo di CTU assieme al medico-legale e per evitare che il loro
apporto professionale sia circoscritto alla sola disciplina di appartenenza e contestualizzare adeguatamente il proprio apporto professionale
