Course contents

Fornire ai partecipanti strumenti teorici e pratici per affrontare le sfide che la disciplina dei contratti pubblici pone soprattutto con riguardo ai temi della transizione ecologica e digitale. Il codice del 2023 offre numerosi spunti che necessitano di essere approfonditi e messi a sistema, affinché i dichiarati obiettivi di semplificazione delle attività di acquisto pubblico e orientamento delle stesse verso obiettivi di sostenibilità possano tradursi in azioni concrete a vantaggio sia delle amministrazioni che degli operatori economici, nonché in ultima battuta della collettività che si interfaccia con le amministrazioni.
Finalità Professionali:
Il corso è destinato a quanti si trovino ad applicare la disciplina in materia di contratti pubblici, dovendo non solo osservare la regolamentazione dei singoli istituti ma anche perseguire gli obiettivi più generali fissati dal diritto nazionale ed europeo, soprattutto in tema di transizione ecologica e digitale. In concreto i fruitori del master potranno indifferentemente essere funzionari o dirigenti delle pubbliche amministrazioni quanto operatori economici interessati ad operare nel mercato delle commesse pubbliche per come esso si sta evolvendo anche alla luce degli obiettivi del PNRR. Infine, il Master ambisce a rappresentare un'occasione di approfondimento e aggiornamento anche per i professionisti che assistono soggetti pubblici e imprese nelle attività di affidamento ed esecuzione dei contratti pubblici.

Per essere ammessi al Master i candidati dovranno compilare la domanda d'iscrizione esclusivamente on line, dalle ore 12:00 del 20 ottobre 2023 alle ore 23:59 dell'11 dicembre 2023. I posti disponibili saranno coperti secondo l'ordine di presentazione della domanda d'iscrizione. Raggiunto il numero massimo previsto per il Master, il sistema on line avviserà il candidato che sta effettuando l'iscrizione sovrannumeraria che i posti disponibili sono esauriti. La richiesta sarà comunque mantenuta nel sistema in base all'ordine cronologico di compilazione della domanda di iscrizione on line ed inserita nell'elenco degli aventi diritto all'immatricolazione, stilato in base all'ordine di prematricola (generata automaticamente dal sistema).

I Master saranno attivati solo se tra iscritti ordinari, iscritti PA 110 e lode e/o finanziamenti esterni, sarà garantito il raggiungimento delle risorse necessarie per la sua attivazione, tali da assicurare la qualità del percorso formativo e se sarà raggiunto il numero minimo di 15 iscritti.
