Il Corso di Alta formazione in “Data Protection Officer - Compliance Officer - Data Security Manager”, organizzato dal Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza e dal Dipartimento di Scienze Matematiche e Informatiche, Scienze Fisiche e Scienze della Terra, è finalizzato alla formazione di figure professionali di cui le aziende pubbliche e private, nonché le Pubbliche Amministrazioni, devono essere dotate ai sensi della più recente legislazione europea (Regolamento Privacy n. 679/2016, Regolamento Digital Services Act n. 2065/2022 e Regolamento Digital Markets Act n. 1925/2022).
Il corso consente di approfondire le più rilevanti e attuali problematiche attinenti alla gestione dei dati nelle aziende pubbliche e private, con particolare attenzione alla tutela dei dati personali alla luce delle recenti modifiche del quadro normativo di matrice europea sui servizi e sul mercato digitali apportate dal Digital Services Package(Digital Services Act e Digital Markets Act). Si caratterizza per la trasversalità del percorso didattico, che si traduce nell'opportunità, offerta agli iscritti, di acquisire competenze di diversa natura nell'ambito delle scienze giuridiche, informatiche e di gestione d'impresa, e di conseguire una formazione ampia con riguardo agli attuali profili di interesse in materia di gestione e trattamento dei dati.
Il corso si rivolge a funzionari e dirigenti che svolgano il ruolo di responsabile privacy, liberi professionisti che svolgano attività di consulenza nel settore e neo laureati interessati ad una formazione multidisciplinare utile a garantire sbocchi professionali correlati al monitoraggio della circolazione dei dati personali, nei settori pubblico e privato.

Non è dovuto alcun contributo al momento della domanda di partecipazione. La procedura di partecipazione alla selezione sarà attiva sino all' 11 marzo 2024. Dopo tale data il collegamento verrà disattivato e non sarà più possibile compilare la domanda di partecipazione. Le domande pervenute dopo questo termine o prodotte e/o pervenute con diversa forma o che risultassero incomplete saranno escluse.

  • The provision of data marked with * is required for the assistance service requested by the user, which is why the failure to provide such data prevents the provision of the above service offered by the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium;
  • The data provided, pursuant to art. 6, 1st paragraph, lett. b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, are processed only as strictly necessary for the fulfilment of this service and are stored for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the assistance, in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months after the fulfilment of the request.

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. The list of data processors of the data for which the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium is data controller is published at www.almalaurea.it/info/condizioni/privacy.

Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
