Course contents

Il Master intende offrire un percorso di formazione multidisciplinare che permetta di valorizzare le proprie competenze umanistiche integrandole con quelle tecnologiche/digitali, con un focus particolare sull’AI e digitali, costruendo un vero e proprio bilinguismo umanistico e digitale.
L'approccio interdisciplinare del Master consentirà:
- l’apprendimento di conoscenze di base sulle varie tecnologie abilitanti l’innovazione digitale in molteplici ambiti di applicazione e in particolare quelli dell’intelligenza artificiale;
- lo sviluppo di Skill manageriali sugli aspetti organizzativi e gestionali di ruolo;
- l’apprendimento di competenze specifiche (Hard Skills) riguardo agli elementi di base delle tecnologie digital/AI, con l’acquisizione della capacità di comprendere le problematiche e le difficoltà in gioco attraverso un percorso che mescola lezioni teoriche a lezione laboratoriali in cui gli studenti possono mettere concretamente in pratica le nozioni teoriche apprese; inoltre il percorso formativo si fonda sull’analisi di use case di successo che permettano agli studenti di acquisire un approccio critico alla valutazione delle tecnologie e degli approcci disponibili;
- lo sviluppo di Soft Skills necessarie per acquisire i comportamenti chiave di ruolo attesi dalle imprese.

Il punteggio finale sarà dato dall’esito di due fasi, una prima fase legata alla valutazione dei documenti presentati dai candidati ed una seconda fase di assessment che comprende una prova scritta, un colloquio e una prova di gruppo. La graduatoria verrà stilata in ordine decrescente di merito, sulla base dei seguenti criteri di valutazione e relativi punteggi per ogni fase della selezione.

Il Master è pensato per formare nuove figure professionali al momento assenti sul mercato e la cui richiesta da parte del mercato diventerà sempre più pressante nei prossimi 5-10 anni. L’obiettivo è creare nuove figure professionali in grado di inserirsi in team di innovazione che si occupano di Intelligenza Artificiale e di Digital Transformation, in raccordo con gli specialisti. In base a quanto rilevato dalle imprese sostenitrici del Master, queste nuove figure “ibride” possono trovare grandi opportunità di occupazione in quanto saranno in grado di operare in sistemi complessi e supportare con il pensiero critico degli umanisti le scelte strategiche tecnologiche digitali delle imprese.
