Course contents

Nell'odierno scenario sanitario globale, il master svolge un ruolo cruciale per preparare i professionisti a navigare nel complesso mondo della gestione sanitaria.
Le tendenze attuali del settore, influenzate dalla digitalizzazione e dall'innovazione tecnologica accelerata dalla pandemia, richiedono un'analisi approfondita. L'integrazione di soluzioni digitali
nella gestione sanitaria, come la telemedicina e i sistemi informativi avanzati, è diventata prioritaria.
Un'analisi accurata è fondamentale per adottare strategie gestionali in grado di massimizzare i benefici di queste tecnologie, migliorando l'efficienza e l'accessibilità dei servizi.
La dimensione normativa e legislativa, anch'essa in costante evoluzione, richiede inoltre un'attenzione particolare. La gestione delle organizzazioni sanitarie deve adattarsi ai cambiamenti
normativi, garantendo sempre la conformità e l'etica, aspetti che hanno guadagnato una rinnovata importanza nel contesto post-pandemia.
Infine, l'economia sanitaria, fortemente influenzata dalle pressioni finanziarie e dalle sfide economiche globali, richiede un’attenzione particolare per sviluppare strategie finanziarie resilienti
con un focus specifico sulla gestione efficiente delle risorse limitate.
Il master si prefigge, quindi, di fornire conoscenze trasversali per gestire le varie tipologie di aziende pubbliche e private presenti nell’ecosistema sanitario e di formare professionisti altamente
qualificati nel campo del management amministrativo, strategico e finanziario.

La partecipazione alle lezioni è obbligatoria e non sono ammesse assenze superiori al 25% del monte ore delle lezioni teoriche e laboratoriali. Assenze superiori ai limiti predetti non
consentiranno il sostenimento dell’esame finale salvo che esse dipendano da motivi di salute o da altre gravi motivazioni, debitamente documentate. In casi eccezionali, si potranno valutare modalità di recupero delle assenze.
La presenza alle lezioni in aula sarà registrata mediante un registro dedicato, che annoterà la partecipazione di ciascuno studente in ogni sessione formativa. Per quanto riguarda la didattica in
streaming, il monitoraggio avverrà attraverso una piattaforma che registrerà il tempo di connessione e le attività degli studenti.
20h di attività laboratoriali verranno svolte esclusivamente in presenza in formula weekend.
