Course contents

Il quadro geopolitico mondiale oggigiorno si caratterizza per una diffusa instabilità, spesso catalizzata da fattori politici, socio-economici, sanitari, ambientali o religiosi, e frequentemente foriera di tensioni e conflitti, che si vanno ad aggiungere alle situazioni irrisolte ereditate dal secolo scorso, generando uno scenario estremamente complesso, dominato da logiche sempre più competitive anziché cooperative, e che risulta peraltro ulteriormente turbato da un evento di portata epocale – l’inaspettato fenomeno della pandemia legata alla diffusione su scala mondiale del virus SARS-CoV-2 – le cui ripercussioni di carattere economico, commerciale, finanziario e industriale sono già in corso, e prevedibilmente si protrarranno per diversi anni, condizionando lo sviluppo della società, della tecnologia, del lavoro e delle infrastrutture, mentre quelle a livello culturale e mentale, a carico di singoli e collettività, sono ancora in fase di elaborazione.
In tale contesto, la comprensione delle dinamiche che sottendono il funzionamento del sistema internazionale, sul piano giuridico, economico-commerciale, storico e politico, e delle caratteristiche d’insieme di determinate aree geografiche, o di specifici fenomeni locali e globali, risulta determinante e, unitamente alla capacità di elaborare in autonomia strategie di soluzione dei problemi, e di comunicare contenuti con chiarezza ed efficacia, non solo in inglese ma anche in una seconda lingua straniera, costituisce una competenza indispensabile per poter operare efficacemente nell’ambito internazionale. Tali competenze possono essere proficuamente impiegate sia nel settore privato, a supporto delle PMI nazionali, che nell’adattamento ai nuovi meccanismi di creazione del valore generati dal suddetto sistema desiderano internazionalizzare le proprie attività, o delle grandi imprese, nazionali e straniere, da sempre orientate a rafforzare la propria posizione competitiva sui mercati esteri, sia nell’ambito della Pubblica Amministrazione, la quale, oltre al personale del Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale e delle Forze Armate, sempre più spesso impiega all’estero, a sostegno del sistema-Paese, dirigenti, funzionari e impiegati di altri dicasteri e degli enti pubblici.

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
