Course contents

Il Master si propone di formare, fornendo approfondimenti tecnici e competenze misurate nella pratica, giuristi e operatori esperti nel Diritto sportivo e capaci di gestire in maniera efficace i rapporti sportivi.
Obiettivo del Master è integrare nella didattica contenuti di natura professionale e approfondimenti scientifici; ciascun tema verrà affrontato attraverso l’esame di “casi paradigmatici”, coinvolgendo sensibilità e professionalità diverse (avvocati, magistrati, docenti universitari e operatori del settore).
Si rivolgerà particolare attenzione alle norme che disciplinano l’attività sportiva, contenute negli statuti e nei regolamenti delle federazioni nazionali ed internazionali; al rapporto di lavoro dello sportivo, professionistico e non, ed al conseguente inquadramento fiscale e previdenziale; alle controversie “latu sensu” sportive, aventi ad oggetto contenziosi fra tesserati e/o atleti, società sportive e federazione sportiva; alla normativa antidoping; al contrasto dell’illecito sportivo.

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
