Course contents

Il Corso di Perfezionamento intende formare la figura di esperto nella gestione degli enti del Terzo Settore. Il corso si propone di fornire ai partecipanti sia le logiche interpretative del contesto socio-economico in cui gli enti non profit operano sia un set di strumenti manageriali e giuridici per il governo delle risorse critiche per il buon funzionamento organizzativo. In particolare, il Corso di Perfezionamento intendeapprofondire:
- la situazione del Terzo Settore nei nuovi scenari socioeconomici, con riferimento anche alla recente Riforma;
- la normativa di riferimento in materia di governo e gestione degli enti del Terzo Settore;
- le tecniche e gli strumenti per strutturare efficaci attività di fundraising;
- gli aspetti contabili e fiscali distintivi degli enti non profit;
- le tecniche per monitoraggio dei costi, per la redazione del bilancio sociale e la valutazione dell’impatto sociale;
- strumenti e approcci strategici per il Terzo Settore
- gli strumenti e i processi per la gestione del rapporto persona-organizzazione;
- gli strumenti per agire in modo innovativo attraverso la costruzione di relazioni con il territorio in un modello di governance multi-stakeholder e multi-livello.

Ai laureandi in difetto della sola prova finale è consentita l’iscrizione con riserva purché il titolo sia conseguito entro tre mesi dall’avvio del corso.

  • The provision of data marked with * is required for the assistance service requested by the user, which is why the failure to provide such data prevents the provision of the above service offered by the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium;
  • The data provided, pursuant to art. 6, 1st paragraph, lett. b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, are processed only as strictly necessary for the fulfilment of this service and are stored for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the assistance, in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months after the fulfilment of the request.

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. The list of data processors of the data for which the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium is data controller is published at www.almalaurea.it/info/condizioni/privacy.

Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
