Course contents

The postgraduate course aims to provide the necessary knowledge of the legal and technical regulations relevant to the
conservation and regeneration interventions on cultural heritage (cultural assets, with particular
attention to buildings of historical and artistic value, and landscape heritage), i.e. the relevant rules for
design and authorisation procedures, financing, contracts, drafting of invitations to tender, participation in competitive

The training contents are in line with several goals for sustainable development of the 2030 Agenda
of the United Nations, and especially with Goal 11 'Sustainable Cities and Communities' and in particular target

The postgraduate course will focus on topics relevant to the implementation of the NRP, related to the
ecological and digital transition.
The postgraduate course is structured with a multidisciplinary approach, involving, in addition to the sciences
legal sciences, restoration, architectural, urban planning and political sciences.

L’obiettivo del Master è formare professionisti capaci di affrontare le sfide del mercato del lavoro nell’ambito delle attività che hanno ad oggetto beni appartenenti al patrimonio culturale, grazie all’acquisizione di competenze relative all’ambito giuridico e tecnico-normativo. Al fine di garantire la rispondenza della didattica con le esigenze del mercato del lavoro, il programma e i docenti sono definiti con la collaborazione di imprese, società di committenza, pubbliche amministrazioni competenti per la tutela del patrimonio culturale, la gestione dell’emergenza e della ricostruzione e il governo del territorio.
