Course contents

La trasparenza informativa rappresenta un importante veicolo per costruire e mantenere la fiducia e la credibilità lungo tutta la catena del valore. Essa si lega indissolubilmente alla quantità ed alla qualità delle informazioni fornite ai differenti portatori di interesse, con particolare riferimento agli investitori. La quantità fa riferimento alla profondità ed alla ampiezza delle informazioni divulgate sia di carattere strettamente finanziario sia di carattere non finanziario. La qualità fa invece riferimento alla divulgazione di informazioni che siano in grado di fornire una rappresentazione sistemica della gestione aziendale, in grado cioè di evidenziare le relazioni tra i fattori critici di successo. In questo ambito si colloca l’importante ruolo dell’investor relator quale soggetto incaricato della gestione dei rapporti con investitori e intermediari finanziari. Tale figura professionale risponde ad una esigenza di comunicazione delle imprese con l’esterno. In particolare, l’attività dell’investor relator è finalizzata a garantire un adeguato posizionamento nei mercati finanziari e nei confronti dei potenziali investitori.

Gli obiettivi
Il Master si prefigge l’obiettivo di formare professionisti della comunicazione al mercato finanziario. Tale figura dovrà essere in grado di colmare le asimmetrie informative esistenti tra le imprese e gli investitori e di gestire strategicamente la grossa mole di informazioni a disposizione delle imprese al fine di attrarre capitali. Il programma del Master consente ai partecipanti di acquisire un set integrato di conoscenze di tipo finanziario, comunicativo, legale e linguistico sempre più preziose per operare nel settore della comunicazione finanziaria. Il background tecnico oggi costituisce solo un elemento di base per gli operatori del settore finanziario e deve essere necessariamente accompagnato da forti capacità di comunicazione, ottime conoscenze linguistiche ed una piena consapevolezza del quadro giuridico all’interno del quale avvengono le transazioni. Al termine del programma, i partecipanti avranno le conoscenze e le competenze per operare nell’area della comunicazione finanziaria delle imprese, nel settore del private banking, nelle società di revisione, di investimento e di consulenza finanziaria.

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
