Il Master in “Sustainable Human Resource Management” è un Master Universitario di secondo livello Full Time, che coniuga rigore accademico e rilevanza professionale altamente qualificante per la formazione di professionisti che vogliano costruire una Human Centric Organization.
I cambiamenti del contesto odierno, in un mondo sempre più VUCADS (volatile, ambiguo, complesso, incerto, digitale e sostenibile), richiedono a chi lavora in ambito HR di essere in grado di fare la differenza, di essere dei management innovator e divenire capaci di generare quel cambiamento necessario a diffondere una cultura della sostenibilità ed un nuovo modello di management che ponga veramente la persona al centro.
L’obiettivo primario del Master è quello di fornire i modelli e gli strumenti più innovativi e di sviluppare nei partecipanti le competenze necessarie per essere degli HR Management Innovator capaci di contribuire alla creazione di una nuova cultura della sostenibilità aziendale che ponga le persone realmente al centro nel rispetto assoluto di tutti gli stakeholders.
Il Master ha l’obiettivo di formare i futuri professionisti dell’HR sia in ambito aziendale che consulenziale. Grazie alla pluriennale esperienza della Faculty ed al coinvolgimento nel Master di HR Manager di numerose aziende leader nei loro settori, il Master offre sbocchi professionali:
- all’interno della Direzione HR nelle aree Organizzazione Aziendale, Career & Development Management, Selection & Recruiting, Compensation & Total Reward, Performance Management & Welfare, Employer Branding & Social Recruiting
-all’interno di società di consulenza specializzate in HRM o in Società di Head Hunter/Executive Search

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
