Course contents

Il Corso si propone i seguenti obiettivi:

- formare personale qualificato per operare in contesti in cui le differenze di genere, e le questioni connesse alla discriminazione e alla violenza di genere, siano presenti. In particolare, il corso fornisce strumenti interpretativi per comprendere la genesi, le strutture e le articolazioni della comunicazione connessa alle differenze di genere, di operare al fine di consentirne il miglioramento e di promuovere la parità di genere;
- fornire contenuti, strumenti per la valutazione e interventi per promuovere gli aspetti linguistici, cognitivi, metacognitivi ed emotivo-motivazionali della comunicazione di genere, al fine di consentire l’acquisizione di conoscenze, competenze e capacità adeguate a gestire la comunicazione di genere e di affrontare le sfide che la società attuale pone a chi desideri operare per migliorare il gender gap in tutte le sue forme;
- offrire l’opportunità a neolaureati in cerca di occupazione, a insegnanti e a figure professionali che a vario titolo si occupano di questioni di genere, di costruire nuove competenze o di aggiornarle e di familiarizzarsi con i più recenti strumenti teorici del settore e di attuare strategie di intervento.
