Course contents

Il Corso si propone di far acquisire agli iscritti le basi teoriche e pratiche relative a due importanti aspetti paralleli della ricerca clinica:
1) concepimento, sviluppo e stesura di un protocollo di ricerca clinica accademica (indipendente), che includa la conoscenza degli elementi necessari alla conduzione di un trial clinico, quali l’allestimento del data management, la conoscenza della documentazione necessaria ai fini dell’approvazione etica e delle autorità regolatorie, le problematiche di copertura dei costi delle attività studio-specifiche come farmacovigilanza e monitoraggi;
2) Il management dei trials clinici profit, sponsorizzati dalle aziende.
Il Corso si pone complessivamente i seguenti obiettivi:
- rendere i partecipanti indipendenti nella pianificazione di uno studio e nelle attività legate alla conduzione e al management dello studio stesso, secondi i principi di Good Clinical Practice;
- formare una generazione di giovani ricercatori che siano vincenti nella presentazione delle proprie proposte di studio, e siano quindi in gradi di auto-finanziarsi con il proprio budget di ricerca;
- strutturare modalità di ricerca accademica ove tutti gli attori (ricercatori clinici, study coordinator, infermiere di ricerca ecc.) siano consapevoli dei passaggi interni di approvazione dei trials clinici, a partire dal concepimento di uno studio, fino all’apertura di centri per l’arruolamento dei pazienti.

Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
