Course contents

Il master di secondo livello in “Tecniche di redazione degli atti normativi e amministrativi” si propone di fornire competenze giuridiche di eccellenza in ordine alle tecniche di redazione degli atti normativi e amministrativi.
Il percorso di studio è strutturato in due macro-moduli tenuti da docenti universitari e da esperti dei settori interessati: il primo, di taglio teorico, è indirizzato al consolidamento delle conoscenze degli istituti fondamentali del diritto costituzionale, del diritto amministrativo, del diritto penale e del diritto dell’Unione europea; il secondo, di natura pratica, è dedicato alle tecniche di elaborazione degli atti che il giurista è chiamato a redigere nell’ambito dell’attività legislativa, amministrativa, forense e giudiziaria.

L’obiettivo è quello di formare figure professionali dinamiche e altamente specializzate: l’ipertrofia legislativa, l’incessante abrogazione delle leggi, il crescente contenzioso tra lo Stato e le Regioni, il policentrismo delle fonti del diritto, la diffusione delle nuove tecnologie sono solo alcuni dei fattori che impongono all’avvocato, al giudice, al dirigente e al funzionario della P.A. e, più in generale, ai giuristi di acquisire competenze tecniche, necessarie a garantire la certezza del diritto.

Oltre alle due sessioni sopra indicate, il corso prevede circa 70 ore di attività seminariale, dedicate allo studio di casi specifici e ad esercitazioni concernenti le fasi e gli atti dei lavori parlamentari, dei procedimenti amministrativi e di quelli giudiziari. I seminari proposti – della durata ciascuno di 5 ore (0,5 CFU) – verteranno, tra gli altri, sui seguenti argomenti: la predisposizione degli atti difensivi nel giudizio penale (appello e riesami); l’analisi dei provvedimenti del giudice nel processo penale; l’analisi degli atti dell’esecuzione penale; Intelligenza Artificiale e attività della P.A.

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
