Course contents

Il Corso ha lo scopo di formare professionisti nell'ambito della cybersecurity e della data protection, con particolare riferimento alle normative in materia, quali “General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR), nuova Direttiva Network and Information Security (NIS2) e Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
I contenuti del Corso prevedono un’introduzione al rischio cyber ed alla protezione dei dati dal punto di vista etico e giuridico, seguita da approfondimenti sulle tecniche e sugli strumenti di protezione più attuali ed in linea con le normative vigenti.
L’attività didattica si propone di:

Offrire una formazione integrata nell’ambito della cybersecurity, del rischio cyber e della relativa gestione, dal punto di vista sia etico/giuridico che tecnologico.
Offrire competenze professionalizzanti in un ambito fortemente richiesto sul mercato del lavoro.
Offrire ai professionisti ed ai dipendenti del settore pubblico e privato, già operanti nel settore, la possibilità di una formazione universitaria specialistica e aggiornata.

Il Corso è attivato in collaborazione con l’Università degli Studi di Macerata.

l Corso è erogato in lingua italiana in modalità e-learning per la fruizione sia in diretta (videoconferenza) che in differita (lezioni videoregistrate), per facilitare la partecipazione di chi svolge un’attività lavorativa. Per un numero selezionato di lezioni sarà possibile anche la fruizione in presenza.

La parte teorica e laboratoriale si svolge in 100 ore suddivise in moduli da 8 a 36 ore. Il Corso si articola in lezioni di 2 e 4 ore, preferibilmente collocate il venerdì mattina e pomeriggio, nel periodo aprile-luglio 2025.

Il Corso termina con una prova finale da svolgersi in presenza presso la facoltà di Ingegneria dell’Università Politecnica delle Marche. La prova finale, valutata in trentesimi, consiste nella presentazione di un elaborato o di un progetto sviluppato dalla studentessa o dallo studente con il supporto dei docenti del Corso. Il superamento della prova finale consente l’attribuzione di 25 CFU. Per essere ammessi alla prova finale occorre aver frequentato almeno il 75% delle ore di lezione previste.

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
