Course contents

Il corso è rivolto a laureati, professionisti, dipendenti e a tutti coloro che intendano approfondire le loro conoscenze del settore dell'energia e della sostenibilità, alla luce delle profonde innovazioni sotto la spinta del Green Deal e del riconoscimento in Costituzione del valore dell'ambiente. Il corso si propone di approfondire gli aspetti giuridici e operativi del diritto dell'energia e della sostenibilità, con l'obiettivo di formare figure professionali qualificate sempre più richieste nel mondo professionale pubblico e privato. In particolare, nel corso saranno approfondite molteplici tematiche quali i fondamenti del diritto dell'energia e dello sviluppo sostenibile, la concorrenza e la regolazione nella prospettiva dei servizi pubblici essenziali nei settori dell’energia, la governance e la regolazione dei settori energia elettrica, gas naturale e geotermia, fonti rinnovabili, rifiuti e settore idrico, nonchè le forme di tutela dinanzi al giudice amministrativo.
Oltre ad un percorso formativo finalizzato ad offrire agli iscritti un’adeguata preparazione teorica, il corso riserva particolare attenzione ai profili pratici degli insegnamenti impartiti, anche attraverso la partecipazione di esperti del settore, l'analisi di casi concreti e la possibilità di stage formativi presso soggetti pubblici e privati.
