Course contents

This Specialist Master’s Programme aims to build or improve different skills inside public (in particular local) administrations, so that participants are able to recognise the legal, economic and social dynamics characterising the various bodies involved and any external organisations taking part in services production and policies. The educational activities offered provide students with the necessary skills to understand and be able to use the relevant framework of regulations and any specific tools of the organisational management.
Public decisions in any field (microfield, too) require a growing ability to use information to analyse and evaluate the contexts and policies chosen. This programme will develop the participants’ skills also in relation to all of these aspects, taking into account the different existing competences and the single growing perspectives of each student. It may also include a period of internship.

Employment opportunities

Il Master è indirizzato a coloro, laureati in discipline economiche, giuridiche, manageriali e delle altre scienze sociali, che rivolgono la propria attenzione occupazionale alla PA, con particolare riguardo agli enti locali. In particolare, i diplomati del Master potranno inserirsi nelle amministrazioni pubbliche, centrali e altresì territoriali dello Stato (comuni, province, regioni) e nelle agenzie che svolgono funzioni delegate (di controllo, di gestione di politiche settoriali). Inoltre, lo spostamento delle funzioni della PA in genere, e delle amministrazioni territoriali in specie, dalla produzione dei servizi alla loro regolazione pone un problema di profonda trasformazione delle figure dirigenziali, e richiede una continua attività di formazione e di accrescimento professionale. La direzione di queste organizzazioni richiede dunque lo sviluppo di una figura capace di utilizzare e integrare competenze di diverse discipline per governare al meglio sistemi complessi.   • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
