Course contents

This Specialist Master’s Programme represents the ideal tool needed to educate and produce the environmental counsel (a kind of lawyer or barrister in charge of environmental issues), that is a professional figure not yet included within the framework of the legal-scientific or technical career profiles as provided for by the traditional university programmes and postgraduate/specialization courses. This is a particular type of law operator that will be able to skilfully deal with a continuously evolving context while interpreting a number of environmental issues by means of scientific knowledge and skills on an interdisciplinary and legal-comparative basis, even on an international scale.

Per iscriversi al Master è necessario essere in possesso almeno di una laurea triennale o di una laurea del vecchio ordinamento (ante D.M. 509/99) in giurisprudenza, economia, scienze ambientali, scienze politiche, urbanistica e architettura
Conoscere la lingua inglese (almeno letta e capita)
A discrezione del Collegio dei Docenti del Master potranno essere ammessi anche candidati in possesso di altre lauree, o titoli di studio conseguiti all’estero, che a giudizio del Collegio siano considerati meritevoli in considerazione del loro percorso formativo già acquisito e comunque nel rispetto della normativa vigente
