Course contents

Il corso di perfezionamento si pone l’obiettivo generale di fornire nuove competenze trasversali e interdisciplinari sul management degli eventi e dello sport finalizzato allo sviluppo di ecosistemi di innovazione territoriale legati ai sistemi produttivi e industriali, così come alle realtà associative e sociali presenti.
Gli obiettivi formativi specifici sono legati allo sviluppo delle competenze inerenti:
1. STRATEGIE E MANAGEMENT DELLO SPORT: la capacità di saper verificare la fattibilità e la presentazione delle idee progettuali relative a eventi sportivi, conoscere le fonti e le differenti modalità di finanziamento. Saper sviluppare eventi ed iniziative sportive (online, offline ed integrati) significa sviluppare network e contatti abilitanti, così come capacità relazionali, di vendita, di negoziazione e di mediazione sono necessarie e vitali nello sport management. Inoltre, nell’organizzazione degli eventi di qualsiasi natura, i manager devono gestire una folta rete di relazioni e persone, è importante che i partecipanti conoscano le leve di gestione delle risorse umane e delle relazioni personali e di business, così come saper gestire il tempo attraverso la pianificazione, la programmazione e l’esecuzione.
2. SOSTENIBILITA’, INCLUSIONE E ECOSISTEMI TERRITORIALI: i corsisti acquisiranno competenze nell’analisi delle modalità di coordinamento di diversi attori territoriali, coinvolti nell’organizzazione degli eventi, mediante l’avvio di processi di consultazione, ascolto e confronto, volti al raggiungimento di un obiettivo condiviso di sviluppo territoriale in ottica di sostenibilità. Capacità di ideare eventi sportivi a basso impatto ambientale, capaci di avviare modelli virtuosi di sviluppo sostenibile dei territori. Inoltre, acquisiranno la capacità di sviluppare eventi dalla forte valenza inclusiva, capaci di coinvolgere le diverse abilità e di generare sviluppo sociale e culturale, anche in ottica turistica.
3. COMUNICAZIONE E MARKETING DEGLI EVENTI: attraverso l’incontro e lo sviluppo dei progetti specifici, i corsisti apprenderanno l’importanza della comunicazione a più livelli (personale, di comunità, di team, ed organizzativa) ed i tool più importanti per la divulgazione di messaggi e promozioni online e di guerrilla marketing, anche mediante l’uso dei Social Media.

Ai laureandi in difetto della sola prova finale è consentita l’iscrizione con riserva purché il titolo sia conseguito entro tre mesi dall’avvio del corso.
Possibilità di iscrizione in qualità di UDITORI: per soggetti privi dei requisiti di accesso richiesti (ammessi alla sola frequenza delle lezioni, senza la possibilità di svolgere la prova finale e acquisire cfu) - Contributo di iscrizione per gli UDITORI: Euro 1.000,00
