Course contents

Doctorate in legal Disciplines work cycle since 2008 in line with the inspiration and the scientific and educational project of International Doctoral School Tullio ABO Ali. Carries out activities of higher education and scientific research on this linked in various areas of legal expertise, with the objective to give doctoral students training in strict legal and open field, in the methodology and content, capable of responding to the needs and challenges of a changing society. Using teaching methodologies both innovative and classical of instruments both traditional and technologically advanced, the intention is to develop the multidisciplinary approach in research and, to this end, direct the study of each discipline to the acquisition of content and techniques specific to each of them, but with an eye always attentive to interdisciplinarity, the coordination and interaction, the overview of legal data, the definition of an articulated and complex legal knowledge ma Unitarianfragmented or not aseptically divided into self-contained and self-referential compartments. Constant attention is also paid to consolidated and ongoing developments at supranational level, in order to analyze the perspectives and trends most marked in the various areas of interest. To achieve these ends, Ph.d. development of tip co-operation agreements at national and international levels.
