Course contents

Goal is the high specialization in the law and in the techniques of analysis and management of the economy and markets. The so-called financialization, the new role of the credit, banking and insurance activity and the resulting new frontiers of consumerismo confirms the centrality of economic law in national and European systems and recommend highly specialised training courses. The core of the project collects more SSD, more in relation to the right of the economy, even in the area of Economics: However, in the logic of close cultural coherence ensured by unit and by the specificity of the topic. The presence of SSD and different areas – legal, financial mathematicians – corporate finds theoretical and practical reason the need to train experts with substantial knowledge of the phenomena, that monitor critically multiple methods of data analysis and problem-solving. Thus, the doctorate is divided into curricula in order to make possible the stable access and adequate recomposition of essential skills for scientific and professional training specialist strongly. Objective is therefore complete and effective training on the ground of the analysis and of the Government of the problems related to the discipline of Economics and markets, for as they occur and are addressed at national, international and transnational.
