Course contents

Il corso Ph.D. in “Diritto e innovazione” si pone l’obiettivo di fornire una formazione superiore nel campo delle scienze giuridiche e di promuovere gli studi sul mutamento giuridico connessi ai processi di innovazione tecnologica e sociale.
Gli attuali scenari economici, politici e culturali, interrogano il diritto ponendo l’esigenza di un suo adeguamento. L’innovazione, a questo riguardo, appare costituire una chiave euristica utile per conseguire un avanzamento delle conoscenze nel campo delle scienze giuridiche, favorendo la sperimentazione di un dialogo con le altre scienze coinvolte nella produzione di cambiamento nella fase attuale. Sul piano didattico e metodologico il corso punterà dunque sull'interazione interdisciplinare tra le discipline giuridiche e le scienze non giuridiche. Il percorso formativo del dottorato si caratterizzerà anche per il rilievo riconosciuto alla mobilità internazionale e allo scambio di conoscenze con il mondo del lavoro.

Applicants holding academic qualifications obtained abroad (both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) are to upload such documents, together with a list of exams they have passed, along with relevant translations into Italian. Such candidates are provisionally admitted to courses and will be excluded from this public selection if their qualification does not fulfil the formal entry requirements of the research programmes.
The applicant who hold academic qualifications obtained abroad (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees), must upload the certificates of his/her degrees together with the list of the exams, and their Italian translation. Their admission to the selection is conditional, and they will be excluded from the selection and from the enrolment if their degrees are not equivalent to the required qualification.
