Course contents

Il corso si colloca negli spazi strategici di incontro tra discipline umanistiche e nuove tecnologie. Scommette sulle potenzialità dell'interazione tra questi saperi per un'innovazione a misura d'uomo, una delle sfide fondamentali del nostro tempo. Ambiti di ricerca privilegiati sono: archivi e biblioteche digitali, database per la ricerca storica e culturale, linguistica computazionale, nuovi strumenti di analisi letteraria, di interpretazione e di elaborazione testuale, implicazioni antropologiche ed etiche delle tecno-scienze. Intende formare umanisti in grado di dialogare alla pari con il mondo delle nuove tecnologie, rispondendo così ad un'esigenza sempre più avvertita non solo nelle istituzioni di ricerca, ma anche nel mondo imprenditoriale e in quello della governance.

Applicants holding academic qualifications obtained abroad (both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) are to upload such documents, together with a list of exams they have passed, along with relevant translations into Italian. Such candidates are provisionally admitted to courses and will be excluded from this public selection if their qualification does not fulfil the formal entry requirements of the research programmes.
The applicant who hold academic qualifications obtained abroad (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees), must upload the certificates of his/her degrees together with the list of the exams, and their Italian translation. Their admission to the selection is conditional, and they will be excluded from the selection and from the enrolment if their degrees are not equivalent to the required qualification.
