Course contents

Il corso intende approfondire le tematiche tipiche di un corretto approccio al marketing per le aziende pubbliche e private, determinante per la correlazione azienda/mercato/concorrenza. La particolarità del corso è il voler corredare il bagaglio delle suddette conoscenze di marketing con i processi e gli strumenti di gestione e controllo. In tal senso è previsto un forte collegamento con il mondo operativo e la presenza di manager provenienti da aziende pubbliche e private operanti sul territorio regionale e nazionale. Scopo del corso è quello di offrire un percorso di formazione ed approfondimento con alto livello di qualificazione nelle diverse aree del marketing strategico ed operativo, della pianificazione e del controllo. Le competenze e le capacità da sviluppare riguardano i processi e gli strumenti propri della funzione di vendita, da corredare con approfondimenti in tema di governo aziendale e controllo di gestione. L'obiettivo è quello di formare una figura specializzata nella funzione di
marketing integrata con le altre funzioni aziendali operative in ambito pubblico e privato direttamente collegate, per fornire una visione d'insieme della gestione aziendale, che aiuti a sviluppare capacità di dialogo con le altre figure manageriali.

Possono accedere al Master coloro che sono in possesso di una laurea triennale, di una laurea specialistica/magistrale, di un diploma di laurea del vecchio ordinamento (antecedente all’entrata in vigore del D.M. 509/1999) in tutti i campi disciplinari o di altri titoli riconosciuti equivalenti, anche stranieri, che a giudizio insindacabile del Consiglio di Direzione del Master siano ritenuti funzionali rispetto al profilo professionale definito dal corso stesso.
Sono inoltre richieste conoscenze informatiche di base, in partico
lare, familiarità con i principali strumenti di comunicazione mediata dal computer, un accesso ad internet e un indirizzo e-mail.
