Course contents

Il Master offre un approfondimento di tutti gli aspetti inerenti la normativa in tema di appalti pubblici. Il Master vuole altresì favorire la diffusione della cultura interdisciplinare di trasparenza e legalità, con riferimento sia all’area di rischio costituita dai contratti pubblici, sia ai nuovi strumenti a disposizione della contrattualistica pubblica per l'innovazione e la crescita di un'economia circolare e sostenibile.

Il Master intende supportare le amministrazioni e le società in controllo pubblico operanti come stazioni appaltanti, e supportare le imprese private partecipanti ad appalti pubblici, formando figure professionali con competenze in materia di contratti pubblici, anche innovativi, nonché in tema di compliance aziendale.

L’offerta formativa è rivolta a coloro che già operano presso stazioni appaltanti, a dipendenti delle imprese che partecipano a procedure di gara, a professionisti che intrattengono rapporti a vario titolo con le stazioni appaltanti, e a laureati magistrali che desiderano acquisire una specializzazione in tema di contrattualistica pubblica e anticorruzione. Il Master si rivolge inoltre a tutti quanti interessati ad acquisire una conoscenza approfondita degli aspetti giuridici ed economico-aziendali nel settore dei contratti pubblici (sia sul versante della domanda che su quello dell’offerta).

L’INPS - Istituto Nazionale Previdenza Sociale indice, per l’anno accademico 2021/2022, in favore dei dipendenti della pubblica amministrazione, un concorso per il conferimento di contributi per la partecipazione a Master universitari “executive” finalizzati a garantire alta formazione ed aggiornamento professionale qualificato.
Al Master di II livello Appalti pubblici, prevenzione della corruzione, sostenibilità ed innovazione (ANT. COP.) sono stati assegnati n. 7 contributi dell’importo di € 4.500,00

Le procedure per l’assegnazione dei contributi INPS e per la partecipazione al master sono tra loro indipendenti per cui è necessario iscriversi:
1) sia alla selezione INPS, secondo le modalità indicate nel bando INPS
2) sia alla selezione universitaria, secondo le modalità e tempistiche indicate nell’APPENDICE A del presente bando.

Employment opportunities

Il Master è altamente professionalizzante. Al termine del percorso formativo lo studente acquisirà competenze di livello elevato che gli potranno consentire di rivestire i seguenti ruoli nelle stazioni appaltanti (sia pubbliche amministrazioni sia società in controllo pubblico): responsabile unico del procedimento; uno dei responsabili dell’ufficio legale interno; responsabile dell'ufficio acquisti; responsabile della prevenzione della corruzione e della trasparenza.

Inoltre lo studente acquisirà competenze in materia di appalti pubblici e compliance aziendale, che gli consentiranno di rivestite il ruolo di responsabile dell’ufficio legale interno o dell’ufficio gare, oppure di operare come professionista esterno nel ruolo componente dell’organismo di vigilanza.
