Course contents

The master's degree in Philosophy of food and wine aims to be the first "school" able to train all-round communicators who know how to move in the food and wine sector. Professional figures that can be inserted both in business realities of the sector, both in specialized media. The goal is twofold: to provide in-depth knowledge of the subject (ie to get to know what is being talked about) and, alongside this, to learn the tools to create a compelling storytelling (a need increasingly felt by companies) that also includes communication strategies more appropriate.
