Course contents

Obiettivo formativo del master è quello di formare professionisti dotati di adeguate competenze e capacità per ottimizzare mezzi, strumenti e risorse nella prospettiva di contribuire a una sanità più efficiente e attenta ai bisogni dell’utente.
Nello specifico, gli obiettivi formativi possono essere così specificati:
- riconoscere i modelli organizzativi in uso nel contesto professionale ed elaborare nuovi modelli organizzativi stimando le risorse materiali e tecnologiche necessarie a tal scopo;
- applicare in maniera autonoma e in gruppi di lavoro metodologie consolidate ed innovative per la gestione dei sistemi organizzativi in contesto sanitario;
- interpretare e applicare in maniera critica i principi giuridici e deontologici relativi alle professioni sanitarie;
- identificare e utilizzare le innovazioni necessarie nell’ambito della sanità digitale e dell’e-government nel sistema sanitario;
- identificare e coinvolgere le risorse umane con un approccio orientato allo sviluppo, all’interprofessionalità e al governo concertato dei processi lavorativi.

Il master si svolge in modalità telematica. L’insegnamento viene erogato tramite lezioni preregistrate, disponibili in piattaforma 24/24 ore in formato video/audio mp3 insieme al materiale didattico integrativo (slide, norme, articoli, ecc.).
Per la fruizione delle lezioni è essenziale disporre di adeguate strumentazioni (hardware, software e di connessione alla rete internet).
Il master ha una durata di 12 mesi che decorrono dalla data in cui l’iscritto viene abilitato ad accedere alla piattaforma di e-learning. Prevede un impegno complessivo di 1.500 ore, articolate in due fasi.
La durata del master può estendersi fino a 18 mesi per consentire il completamento del tirocinio, senza la corresponsione di oneri aggiuntivi.

- Laurea conseguita ai sensi della Legge 341/90;
- Laurea prevista dai DM 509/99 e 270/2004 (lauree triennali, specialistiche e magistrali) delle professioni sanitarie
- Diploma conseguito ai sensi delle leggi 42/1999, 251/2000, 1/2002, 43/2006, unitamente all’iscrizione al relativo albo professionale (ovvero, ove non esista, all’Organismo di Rappresentanza individuato dal Ministero della Salute) e al titolo quinquennale di scuola secondaria superiore
Per altre lauree si invita il candidato a inoltrare il proprio titolo ed il curriculum vitae per opportuna valutazione.
