Il Master è attivato in convenzione con l'Università di Napoli "Federico II", l'Università di Palermo, l'Università di Torino e l'associazione Libera, e rilascia titolo congiunto.Il Master unisce i contributi delle scienze sociali: dall’analisi penale e criminologica, all’economia, all’indagine sociologica, storica e politologica.L’approfondimento teorico si integra con la formazione sulla legislazione di prevenzione e contrasto,sulla sua implementazione e applicazione,nonché sulle altre politiche contro la penetrazione criminale nell’economia legale e nella contrattazione pubblica.L’attività di formazione dedica ampio spazio allo studio empirico dei casi, nell’intento di offrire una ricognizione aggiornata sull’evoluzione di questi fenomeni criminali e sui problemi di applicazione della legislazione corrente. Il Master è erogato in modalità convenzionale, con la possibilità di frequentare parte delle lezioni in e-learning.

La selezione prevista per l’ammissione al master si svolgerà anche nel caso che il numero di immatricolati sia minore al numero massimo dei posti disponibili ma solo per l’individuazione del merito, elemento previsto (unitamente al reddito) per l’attribuzione delle agevolazioni.

Sono previste n.15 agevolazioni per la contribuzione, ripartite come segue:
n. 1 agevolazione di importo pari a 4.300,00 euro ad esonero totale della contribuzione;
n. 7 agevolazioni di importo pari a 2.580,00 euro ad esonero della seconda, terza e quarta rata;
n. 7 agevolazioni di importo pari a 1.780,00 euro ad esonero della seconda e quarta rata;
L'assegnazione delle agevolazioni sarà definita in base ad una graduatoria formulata tenendo conto dei seguenti criteri:
1) attestazione dell’ISEE per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario;
2) valutazione dei titoli e del curriculum vitae.
Per gli appartenenti all’Arma dei Carabinieri, alla Guardia di Finanza, alla Polizia di Stato e agli altri Corpi Militari Italiani e Forze di Polizia Italiane è prevista la riduzione della quota di iscrizione mediante esonero dal pagamento della III rata di € 880,00 e della IV rata di € 700,00

-Amministratori e pubblici dipendenti degli enti locali e delle amministrazioni centrali interessati all'innovazione del settore pubblico sui temi dell'antimafia/anticorruzione oltre che all'aggiornamento sui temi della prevenzione e del contrasto di tali fenomeni criminali per ciò che riguarda l’attività amministrativa dell’ente, anche in considerazione dei finanziamenti PNRR;
-Referenti della pubblica sicurezza interessati sia all’acquisizione di strumenti di analisi criminale che all'ideazione di nuove strategie fondate sulla disciplina corrente delle forme di contrasto istituzionalmente previste;
-Referenti di realtà terzo settore, del no profit e delle imprese sociali, impegnate nel creare progettazione innovativa contro mafie e corruzione.
