Course contents

Il Master prevede un percorso formativo volto ad integrare la formazione universitaria con conoscenze e competenze nelle principali aree funzionali dell'azienda (amministrazione e bilancio, auditing, controllo di gestione, sistemi informativi, organizzazione, gestione delle risorse umane, finanza, marketing, project management, supply chain) ). L'obiettivo formativo è quello di comprendere le logiche di integrazione tra queste aree, sviluppando una visione sistemica del fenomeno aziendale.

La selezione per l’ammissione al master si svolgerà solo nel caso che il numero degli immatricolati sia maggiore al numero massimo dei posti disponibili. Perl’individuazione del merito,elemento previsto (unitamente al reddito) per l’attribuzione delle agevolazioni, sarà svolta apposita selezione in base a quanto sopra indicato

Sono previste n.3 agevolazioni alla contribuzione, d'importo pari a € 1.280,00 ciascuna, ad esonero sulla III rata d'iscrizione; le agevolazioni saranno attribuite secondo una specifica graduatoria, stilata sulla base di criteri che prendono in considerazione il reddito, nella misura del 20%, e il merito, nella misura dell'80%. Quest'ultimo valutato sulla base del voto di laurea e del colloquio motivazionale. Ulteriori agevolazioni potranno essere assegnate in base alla suddetta gradatoria.

Employment opportunities

La partecipazione al Master offre l'opportunità di acquisire un'adeguata preparazione volta alla comprensione della complessa realtà delle dinamiche aziendali. Il programma di general management viene svolto a tempo parziale in modalità compatibile con l'attività lavorativa.
